As part of our commitment to technology education, for the next few weeks we're going to explore several online services that our team uses and loves.
The first online service that came to mind when brainstorming this series of posts was Planning Center Online. It's difficult to find another product that specifically tackles, with laser-like focus, the task of organizing and communicating with volunteers. Geared towards churches both large and small, this web app (and iPhone/iPad app) has become an indispensable tool for many organizations around the world, including many of the organizations that we work with.
Scheduling volunteers and other team members is a monumental task, and any tool that can help with the details of the process is a blessing. Watch this video to learn more:
